Finki accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and PayPal.
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars.
(Due to strain on the postal system during Covid-19, parcels are taking longer than normal to arrive, please refer to your parcel tracking info to stay up to date on how far away your order is)

Please note that due to the implementation of stage 4 restrictions in Victoria from 2/8/20 we can no longer offer in store pickup and will run as an online store only until further notice.
Free shipping on all orders over $80 within Australia:
No need to enter a special code, the shipping will update automatically at checkout.
All orders are shipped within Australia via Australia Post in a traceable parcel. Allow 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched once payment has been approved.
Extra time may be required during busy periods.
New 'local delivery' option:
Local delivery, is a free delivery option available to customers that live local to our Finki shop in Northcote, Victoria.
Due to the implementation of stage 4 restrictions in Victoria from 6pm 2/8/20 We can no longer offer free local delivery to all suburbs in Darebin & Moreland like we used to.
In line with government restrictions we will move to a 5km radius delivery zone, only delivering to address that fall with a 5km radius from our Northcote store.
Areas outside this zone can still have items delivered but they will need to be via standard or express post which you can select at checkout.
Just enter your address as normal and if your postcode falls within the delivery zone, then this option will show up for you to select.
When you select Local delivery at checkout, note that orders placed before 2pm Monday to Saturday, will be delivered on the same day, excluding Pre-orders.
Orders received after 2pm will go in the next days delivery run. (No deliveries on Sundays)
If selecting this option, please ensure that someone will be home to receive parcels during our local delivery time of 3-5pm or leave instructions of a safe place to leave them.
Please ensure a phone number is left if we need to contact you on the day.

Items are shipped via Australia Post standard international shipping, in a traceable parcel, which takes 5-7 business days to arrive once packed and delivered.
- 0 - 500 grams - $24
- Up to 1kg - $37.70
- up to 2kg - $61.40
- up to 5kg - $86.90
Important update on U.S shipping:
Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions, as a result of COVID-19.
All Finki parcels are still being sent, Via standard airmail with tracking but expected delivery times have been extended to 10- 25 business days once packed and posted.
Please note: The Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) in the United States of America (USA) is being heavily impacted by increased volumes through their facilities, so please be patient in awaiting your parcel.
You will be sent a tracking number to track your parcel, so this will be your best way of knowing how far away it is.
Items are displayed in $AUD.
Please be aware that your country may try and add import duty tax once it arrives. All fees and charges added by import tax are your responsibility.
For international orders outside of AU, NZ & US, please contact us, so we can determine exact shipping cost to your location based on weight of the parcel.
Happy to post anywhere, so long as you are happy to pay the shipping fee charged.

When ordering online we totally understand that you are at a disadvantage to our in-store shoppers, being that you can't touch, feel, and try garments before before committing to buying them, so for our online customers only, we offer refund or exchange on our range of clothing.
Items must be mailed back to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

If you would like to exchange, to swap a size or select another item from the online store, please email to let us know, so we can pop the item aside, to avoid it selling out before your original item is returned.
If you would like a refund, items must be returned clean, unworn with tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order, otherwise a refund may be refused.
Your payment will be refunded through the same means you paid, (eg: Shopify, Visa, MC or Paypal) once your item/s has been returned to our store.
Refunds will take 2-3 business days to hit your account once processed.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, when goods are being returned for an exchange or refund.
Please read the garment descriptions carefully before purchasing and take into account the measurements on the size charts provided in each listing. We represent many different designers here and the charts will help you see that they all have quite a different interpretation of what a size M is.
