Finki Payment, Shipping and Returns
Finki accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and PayPal.
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars.
(Due to strain on the postal system during Covid-19, parcels are taking longer than normal to arrive, please refer to your parcel tracking info to stay up to date on how far away your order is)
Within Australia, choose from:
Delivery takes 5-8 business days, once dispatched.
- Extra small satchel, 0-300 grams - $6.95
- Small satchel, 300-500 grams - $8.95
- Medium satchel, 0.5kg-3 kg - $12.45
Express delivery is approx 3-4 business days, once dispatched. Whilst these are the general guidelines from Aus Post, we have been advised to expect delays during Covid due to staff shortages.

Free Shipping within Australia, on orders over $75.
No need to enter a special code, the shipping will update automatically at checkout.
All orders are shipped within Australia via Australia Post, in a traceable parcel.
Allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive once dispatched.
Extra time may be required during busy periods.
Once your order is packed and dropped to the post office, you’ll receive a confirmation email or text from us with a link to your tracking number, so you can keep up to date with its travels.
Click and Collect / in-store pick up:
You can select 'pick up' at checkout, if you would like to collect your order in store at Finki Northcote.
Pickup is available from:
48a Arthurton rd, Northcote, Victoria.
Monday to Saturday, 11am to 5pm.
You will receive an email notification once your order is picked and ready to collect, usually within 24 hrs of placing your order.
Local delivery, is an option available to customers that live local to our Finki shop in Northcote, Victoria.
This is a free service on all orders over $20.
Postcodes included in our local delivery zone are: 3044, 3053, 3054, 3055, 3056, 3057, 3058, 3068, 3070, 3071, 3072, 3073, 3078.
Areas outside this zone can still have items delivered but they will need to be via standard or express post which you can select at checkout.
When you select Local delivery at checkout, note that orders placed before 4pm Monday to Saturday, will be delivered on the same day, excluding pre-orders.
Orders received after 4pm will go in the next days delivery run. (No deliveries on Sundays or Public holidays, or during our Christmas closure 25th Dec to 3rd Jan)
If selecting this option, please ensure that someone will be home to receive parcels during our local delivery times of 4-6pm or leave instructions of a safe place to leave them.

Items are shipped via Australia Post standard international shipping, in a traceable parcel, which takes 5-7 business days to arrive once packed and delivered.

Items are shipped via Australia Post standard international shipping, in a traceable parcel, which takes 10-14 business days to arrive once packed and delivered.
Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions, as a result of COVID-19.
All Finki parcels are still being sent, Via standard airmail with tracking but expected delivery times have been extended to 10- 25 business days once packed and posted.

Items are displayed in $AUD.
Please be aware that your country may try and add import duty tax once it arrives. All fees and charges added by import tax are your responsibility.
For international orders outside of AU, NZ, UK & US, please contact us, so we can determine exact shipping cost to your location based on weight of the parcel.
Happy to post anywhere, so long as you are happy to pay the shipping fee charged.
*In the interest of health and hygiene during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to accept any exchanges or refunds on any face masks.
When ordering online we totally understand that you are at a disadvantage to our in-store shoppers, being that you can't touch, feel, and try garments before before committing to buying them, so for our online customers only, we offer refund or exchange on our range of clothing.
Items must be mailed back to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

We are at the shop to accept return parcels between 11am - 5pm and advise using a postage company that is able to leave a calling card and drop at a local pick up point, like Australia Post, if they are unable to deliver during our trading hours.
If you would like to exchange, to swap a size or select another item from the online store, please email to let us know, so we can pop the item aside, to avoid it selling out before your original item is returned.
If you would like a refund, items must be returned clean, unworn with tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order, otherwise a refund may be refused.
Your payment will be refunded through the same means you paid, (eg: Shopify, Visa, MC or Paypal) once your item/s has been returned to our store.
Refunds will take 2-3 business days to hit your account once processed.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, when goods are being returned for an exchange or refund.
Please read the garment descriptions carefully before purchasing and take into account the measurements on the size charts provided in each listing. We represent many different designers here and the charts will help you see that they all have quite a different interpretation of what a size M is.
