Free shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia.
No need to enter a special code, the shipping will update automatically at checkout.
All orders are shipped within Australia via Australia Post in a traceable parcel. Allow 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched once payment has been approved.
Extra time may be required during busy periods.

Items are shipped via Australia Post standard international shipping, in a traceable parcel, which takes 7 -10 business days to arrive once packed and delivered.
Items are displayed in $AUD. Please be aware that your country may try and add import duty tax once it arrives. All fees and charges added by import tax are your responsibility.
For international orders outside of AU, NZ & US, please contact us, so we can determine exact shipping cost to your location based on weight of the parcel.

When ordering online we totally understand that you are at a disadvantage to our in-store shoppers, being that you can't touch, feel, and try garments before before committing to buying them, so for our online customers only, we offer refund or exchange.
Items must be mailed back to us within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

If you would like to exchange, to swap a size or select another item from the online store, please email to let us know, so we can pop the item aside, to avoid it selling out before your original item is returned.
If you would like a refund, items must be returned clean, unworn with tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order, otherwise a refund may be refused.
Your payment will be refunded through the same means you paid, (eg: Shopify, Visa, MC or Paypal) once your item/s has been returned to our store.
Refunds will take 2-3 business days to hit your account once processed.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, when goods are being returned for an exchange or refund.
Please read the garment descriptions carefully before purchasing and take into account the measurements on the size charts provided in each listing. We represent many different designers here and the charts will help you see that they all have quite a different interpretation of what a size M is.
