This Flare skirt is made from a medium weight woven cotton with a sweet watering can print in teal on a very deep peacock green base (almost black)
The main skirt is not a stretchy fabric, whilst the black waist band is a thick stretchy cotton lycra providing comfort around the tummy and waist.
